AAP Members' Forum

A forum to update members of the AAP on current activities of the Association and an opportunity to ask questions and provide suggestions for future strategic planning.

Indigenous Knowledge, the Environment and Climate Change

Wednesday 10 July 6:00 - 8:00pm  Wesfarmers Lecture Theatre, Business School, University of Western Australia

A public event held in conjunction with the AAP Conference organised by the AAP's Philosophy in the Community Committee.

Featuring a screening of a few short documentaries under the broad theme of indigenous knowledge, the environment & climate change, followed by small group Community of Inquiry discussions (run by trained facilitators), and a panel session with experts.

Come join us for this exciting event.

Conference registrants are welcome to attend, but space is limited.


Undergraduate Winter School

Thursday 11 July 11am - 4pm  Wesfarmers Lecture Theatre, Business School, University of Western Australia

Organised by the AAP Undergraduate Committee, UWA conference organisers and UWA Undergraduate Philosophy Society, the Undergraduate Philosophy Winter School is a one day hybrid event held simultaneously with the AAP Conference and in the same location.

The event will include 3-4 speakers and a roundtable discussion. 

The event is for philosophy undergraduates and interested senior school students from the Australasian region.

There is no cost for undergraduates who are AAP members attending the Undergraduate Winter School. Non-member undergraduates are required join the AAP at a cost of $22 upon registration. More information about AAP membership HERE.
