We welcome abstract submissions in all areas of philosophy from professional philosophers, philosophy teachers and philosophy postgraduate research students.

Abstracts can be submitted for papers and panel sessions.

A limited number of remote presentations will be made available.

We especially welcome abstracts for the nominated conference streams:

Artificial Intelligence, Critical Thinking, Feminist Philosophy, Indigenous Philosophy, Truth, Post-Truth and Truthfulness

Abstract Submission deadline:  3 June 2026 

Abstract length: 200 words.

INFORMATION

Accepted abstracts will appear HERE. Allow one week after abstract submission for a decision.

Papers are scheduled for 55 minutes. 30-35 mins for presentation and the remainder for discussion.

We accept no more than ONE paper from the same author or group of authors.

Accepted abstracts must be accompanied by conference registration, (including any co-presenters). You may wish to wait for confirmation of acceptance of your abstract prior to registering. Ensure your registration with payment by 17 June 2026. 

Remote Presentation

A limited number of remote presentation slots are available. Priority will be given to applicants based on accessibility needs, financial circumstances, and availability within the Australasian time zone. Remote presenters will receive a decision by 8 June 2026.
