This year's conference is offered fully hybrid, with all sessions streamed.

The program includes the Presidential Address on Sunday evening 5 July, followed by four days of papers Monday 6 to Thursday 9 July, commencing with a keynote each day at 9am NZT, followed by contributed paper sessions.

For those attending in person, the conference commences with an Opening Reception following the Presidential Address and concludes with the Conference dinner on Thursday evening; in addition, morning and afternoon refreshments will be served each day. Opportunities to engage with Māori culture and explore the Waikato region will be provided, including a Maungatautari visit on 10 July, coinciding with Matariki.

Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Rules

1. Delegates with outstanding fee balances on June 19 will have their abstract removed from the program.

2. Registrations made on or after June 25 must be paid in full at time of registration, unless prior arrangement made.

3. Cancellations up to and including June 25 are entitled to a full refund of the conference fee minus membership fee.

4. Cancellations from June 26 up to and including July 2 are entitled to a 50% refund conference fee minus membership fee.

5. Cancellations on or after July 3 will not receive any refund.
