AAP Members

The AAP maintains a mailing list for members of the Australasian Association of Philosophy. This list is used to notify members of news of the Association, its members and their activities and to circulate information relevant to the profession as a whole.

Aphil-l

Aphil-l is an electronic mailing list for people working in philosophy and related disciplines in the Australasian region. The list is provided by the Philosophy Program, Research School of Social Sciences, ANU. It is a relatively low traffic list, containing mostly announcements. Any subscriber, however, can post to it.

Philgrad

Philgrad is intended for publicising philosophy-related events of special interest to postgraduate students throughout Australasia. It is intended as a more specialised, and less formal, list than the aphil list but is not intended as a discussion list. It may be used as a resource for billeting, advertising calls for papers, announcing reading groups and making connections with other post-graduates working in specialized areas of philosophy.

Philosophy Heads Mailing List

Heads of Philosophy Departments and Programs in Australasia communicate with each other via the Heads email mailing list. This list is managed by the AAP's Executive Officer, Eliza Goddard, who should be notified of all changes in the position of Head of Department.

SydPhil List

This list is for publicising philosophy-related events in the Sydney region. It is intended to be an announcement list, not a discussion list.

SydPhil List - Postgraduates

The list is intended for publicising philosophy-related events of special interest to postgraduate students in the Sydney region. It is intended as a more informal alternative to the SydPhil- List, however it is not intended as a discussion list. Please avoid cross posting on both lists. The list can be used for starting up reading groups etc. and is intended as a tool for communication between local as well as visiting students.

AAP Victoria Bulletin

A weekly email with information on philosophy-related events in Victoria. The events advertised are mainly Staff and Postgraduate Seminars. To be included in the weekly email contact Francois Schroeter at Melbourne University - fschro at unimelb.edu.au.
