The New Zealand Division of the Australasian Association of Philosophy (AAPNZ) was formed in 1953. It is constituted by AAP members who are or have been active in New Zealand philosophy. The NZ Division holds an Annual Conference in early December. The first conference was held at Canterbury University College, Christchurch in 1953.
