Membership of the AAP is open to professional philosophers, as well as to all interested persons. The AAP welcomes applications for membership from all persons interested in philosophy.
Individuals join the AAP by paying an annual fee. The AAP offers both an employed and a discounted student/senior rate of membership. Members are either Full or Associate Members. Full members are those members, including research students, who are or have been active in Australasian philosophy at tertiary level.
Membership to the AAP includes a subscription to the Australasian Journal of Philosophy (AJP) published by Routledge, Taylor and Francis. Membership includes a range of benefits, including discount on registration at the AAP annual conference and on Routledge books and journals.
You can become a member of the AAP by subscribing to the AJP via the Taylor and Francis website. Either fill out the membership form and a pro forma invoice will be sent to you to pay or pay online with a credit card (AUS users should select the USD option). Once you subscribe to the AJP you are entitled to access the AJP online. For further information take a look at the Society Information section at Taylor and Francis.
