2017 AAP Conference
An optional social and networking evening for AAP delegates will take place from 7.00pm on Wednesday 5 July at the National Wine Centre, cnr North Terrace and Hackney Road. The beautiful National Wine Centre building is a tourist attraction in itself, and offers disabled access.
The National Wine Centre's 'Wined Bar' boasts Australia's largest tasting room experience, with visitors able to sample 120 different wines thanks to state of-the-art Enomatic wine preservation and dispensing machines.
The Wined Bar is part of the Centre's Cellar Door where you can choose, pour and taste every wine - from Penfolds' Grange to boutique wine labels. With all the best Cellar Doors in the one place, visitors are able to find the perfect wine to suit their taste and budget. Friendly, educated staff are on hand to help you discover the perfect drop.
This covers a $10 credit on an Enomatic card for wine tasting in the bar, finger food and entertainment.

The 2017 AAP Conference Dinner will be held at Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo, a stylish venue overlooking the beautiful parklands of Adelaide’s CBD fringe and a 5-minute walk from the conference venue. Starting with pre-dinner drinks and networking, the evening will progress to a set two-course (entree and main course) dinner, followed by tea, coffee and Haighs chocolates.
The Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo is located upstairs on Level 1 of the new southern entrance building facing Botanic Park, and offers disabled access via a lift.
As well as being a networking and social highlight of the year for the AAP community, the conference dinner will also be where the postgraduate presentation prize is announced. – don’t miss it!
